May 28, 2011 - For Year of Assessment 2011, the tax rates for corporate and personal level are
lower than the current rates.
Since 1998, Rikvin has become an expert in incorporation and relocation of foreign nationals.
It
has created business packages for investors and companies with the option or absence of
relocation.
Foreign nationals can register a private limited company or a limited liability partnership.
Both
have a separate legal personality apart from the shareholders & directors in a private limited,
and partners in a limited liability partnership.
“To register a private limited company, the requirements to comply are to have a resident
director,shareholder, and a corporate secretary,”says Rikvin.
Rikvin offers a nominee director service in case the foreign investors wish to relocate to
Singapore.
The laws say that only registered companies can apply for work visas including the
Employment pass for investors.
