I was so tired of my hair and clothes smelling like smoke and I felt I was at a dead
end.
I had tried to quit smoking numerous times and always seem to have a reason to
go back.
Someone in my shoes really should not be smoking either.
Like many of us I
have asthma and smoking really has not helped my breathing any.
I had been a smoker since I was 16 and I was always able to quit for short
periods of time and even quit completely when I was pregnant with my son.
There of
course there are always the reasons why we fall back on old habits stress, anger, social
life or just plain boredom.
We may have the best of intentions and want to quit just need
that extra little push.
For me I was celebrating a birthday with friends and a friend decided she would
take away my cigarette and tell me it was all in my head I did not need it and put it out.
