As you all can see, Kurdish life
style is a lot different from the environment
I was raised in.
When I met Wargir, i
though it was going to be really hard to
adapt to this new lifestyle, but it turned out
to be different.
I never though that i would
be so welcomed by not only his family but
the whole Kurdish community.
It just feels
like I have been here forever.
I now have
the most amazing friends.
The type of
friend that will be here through everything
and tell me to "shut up" when I am being
grumpy.
"thanks girls.
" It was a lot easier
than I thought.
The people, the parties.
.
just
everything about this life makes me feel like
I belong.
My family also loves Wargir and
his family as much as I do.
Now we are all one big family and that s all I can ever hope for.
I am a Canadian girl
gone Kurdish and I love every bit of it.
I want to thank all of you for welcoming me to be apart of everything you
do.
you made one Canadian girl very happy.
