This article discusses the importance of good oral hygiene and in particular, brushing one’s
teeth before bedtime, to the preservation of long term oral health.
It comes as a shock to learn that, according to statistics released by general dentistry in
Green Bay, a staggering 47% of all people admit to skipping their bedtime brush on a
regular basis! A few centuries ago, you could have died of the flu; an infected cut could be a
death sentence and you were probably lucky to have all of your teeth at the ripe old age of
30.
The difference between our earlier centuries and this one is our increased awareness of
how important good hygiene is, in addition to our advanced technology.
Yet the fanciest
