1. What services are available in the program?
The program provides both long-term and short-term stays for vulnerable adults with a
special focus on seniors and disabled United States veterans. Short-term stays designed
to provide caregiver relief to families occur at a minimum of three, (3) nights and a
maximum of fourteen, (14) nights per stay.
2. Who manages the program?
Long-term care professionals with a special focus on community based care manage the
program. They set the clinical agenda and service priorities and are in the home daily,
often during night-time hours. They work to assure a person-centered approach to care
in every category.
3. Can persons with physical handicaps be admitted?
Yes. An assessment with each individual case determines whether
or not a resident can be admitt
