What s The Difference?
How do you decide if it s grilling or barbecue? Well, as an avid fan of barbecue, I
have my own thoughts, though some may not
agree.
Let s see if we can figure this out together.
If you ve got a few of your closest friends over for a weekend cook out, and whip
the cover off a $700 Stainless Steel grill, then
you re grilling.
You see grilling involves the use of 1) a grill, and 2) Dare I say it?
Gas!
When you re grilling, you generally place your food directly over the heat.
It s
kind of like cooking on the stove, but you ve drug the
stove outside.
Of course when you re grilling, you can drag out a few pots and
pans if you like.
Just like using the stove, you can
twist the knobs to raise and lower the heat instantly as needed.
A real master of grilling in my eyes, is TV Network s Bobby Flay.
That man
could make shoe leather come out tender with a gas
grill.
