It is a surprising fact that snoring a very common factor in
relationship problems.
For the non-snoring partner the noise (which
can at times be extremely loud) can lead to frustration and a
severely interrupted sleep pattern.
Inevitably, it is most often the
female partner who suffers with being kept awake by their male
partner because more men snore than women.
The snoring can get
worse as people get older or with weight gain.
In fact, snoring has been shown to be a significant factor in divorce
proceedings.
It might be that there are some existing underlying
problems in the relationship, but it becomes significantly more
difficult to address these when patience is strained through
tiredness.
