Decisions that are rendered by a judge or mediator are based more on
subjective factors than real hard evidences.
And when that happens fathers often get the short end of the
stick.
These decisions are based on very flexible guidelines and laws but there is rarely a specific law that the
judge must adhere to when he makes his decisions.
The problem for the judge is that there is no legal
issue being argued here.
No law has been broken.
It is a dispute between two individuals who have not
broken any law, they just don t want to be married anymore but can t come to a agreement as to how to
divide or share their assets.
