the world on 21st December … that s
handy as I d have been really narked that

about getting to print and stressing over
when I m going to do the Christmas food
shopping!

Resolutions, some of which we ll keep,
some we won t.

88% of Brits fail in their efforts - that s

who are successful at sticking to their
resolutions set specific, realistic goals in
order to achieve their end aim.
So instead
of saying I will give up smoking , they set
France.
A special thanks goes to Manou,
my own tutor, who has been brillian
