It has been an
extremely tough few
weeks here as my
mother-in-law, Lynn, passed away early
April, unexpectedly and way too young
following a brief illness (I must apologise
toanyonewhomadecontactoverthistime
as I know my mind was somewhere else
during many conversations). Her passing
serves as a reminder that life is precious
and whilst we can’t always ‘live like today
isthelast’becausebillsneedtobepaidand
washing needs to be done, we do
sometimes need a reminder to enjoy life
and to prioritise what’s really important
and what can wait. Wearevery comforted
knowing that Lynn’s last 7 years were the
happiest of her life, retired in France ‘living
thedream’-whatmorecanweaskforthan
to live a life with no regrets?
