As many of you know I have been making
extra efforts the past couple of years to
stay fit and healthy, so as well as my usual
exercise routine I was recently introduced
to the ‘30 Day Plank Challenge’ (thanks
Julie). Oh my God, it is hard! You start on
day one holding the plank position for 20
seconds and finish on day 30 with 270
seconds! I have reached day 22 so far 180 seconds… not sure how much longer
I can endure but I’m hanging in there.
