With the Home, Garden and Recreation Show behind us, we are gearing
up for the next big event – Deltarado
Days! The committee has met twice,
and we are working on a lot of exciting
additions to this year’s venue.
The High Desert Opera will be at the
Performing Arts Center
with an 1890’s Western
Colorado Opera with full
orchestra.
We also have a
Christian Concert on Sunday afternoon with Christian musician Robin Mark, which will
also be at the Performing Arts Center.
How about a 5K run that finishes by
running up Main Street, right before
the parade starts? We plan to augment the mural/historic tour/ wine garden on Friday night, by adding art to
the mix.
We will have bull rides, street
dances, vendors and activities in the
park, and don’t forget the kick-off with
the free Farmer-Rancher luncheon.
There will be car shows, music, volleyball, a horseshoe tournament, geocaching,
and the return of the
