A Concrete batching mixing plant make use of various
ingredients such as sand, gravel, cement, water, aggregate, fly, ash
and other materials which form a concrete.
This concrete is used for
the buildings foundation, paving material for roads and parking
lots, pipes used for drainage and plumbing and precast concrete components.
There are
mainly two types of plants: ready mix plants and central mix plants.
First type deals with
all ingredient mixture except water which is discharged into a concrete mixer truck and
then water is mixed during its transportation.
While in second type some of the above
ingredients is mixed with water and its then transported to a job site.
Earlier, Concrete batch plant use to pollute the air as well as dirty runoff water by
adding large amounts of production of dust and other particles but nowadays, we have
