hundreds of letters with different technologies and all kind of propositions, but we are not asking
you to believe in this technology at the moment, we are only requesting you to give us the
opportunity to prove this technology works at no cost for the well being of our nation.

I would like to take a few minutes of your precious time to consult with you about a very important
matter to our nation and especially to four states of the Union.
This is regarding the disastrous
consequences of the British Petroleum Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico and our commitment to
