For its wines, Pays d’Aix has as many as five AOCs! Rare and difficult to obtain, this distinction guarantees exceptional quality due to three specific factors: the land (soil and climate), the varietals used in production and the know-how necessary for growth and transformation, assessed over a long period of time.
Our region’s wealth however does not only come from the AOC wines.
