Delta Immobiliare is an ordinary Real Estate Closed-end Fund launched on February 21st 2006 by Fimit SGR.
The Fund’s natural expected life would be 8 years, due to its expiry date bound on December 31st 2014; a possibility is granted to the Asset Management Company to extend the Fund life and ask Bank of Italy for a “grace period”, in order to better realize the final asset disposal and the payback of residual Units.
Delta Fund’s core investment target is the hotels’ industry, keeping the possibility to invest in assets related to other sectors, also to the purpose of increasing the portfolio diversification.
