Keeping you informed
This is the first issue of our new e-mail shot that we hope will keep parents fully informed of what is
going on within Spurley Hey Football Club, and in doing so taking just a little bit of the load off the
team managers and their assistants.
We would like to reach as many parents as we can so if you know
of someone who has a child playing for Spurley but hasn’t received this mail (and wants to of course!)
then please encourage them to forward their email address to me.
Spurley Hey – An FA Charter Standard Club
On 16th
December 2010 Spurley Hey were awarded Charter Standard Club Status
by the FA.
This award was achieved after years of hard work by the club
committee, coaching staff and parent volunteers.
Parents and players shouldn’t notice too much difference (other than Charter
Standard logos appearing on our shirts) because Spurley have been using the
