Developer of the Year
Bend, Oregon real estate company?s honored for sustainable practices
Bend, OR, March 06, 2010 -- The Central Oregon Builders? Association (COBA) honored
Brooks Resources Corporation, a Bend, Oregon real estate company, as ?Green
Developer of the Year? at its annual Awards of Excellence gala earlier this month.
The award was based on several criteria, including community service, sustainable
practices, industry recognition and involvement with COBA activities.
?Sustainable practices in developing the land we?ve called home for many decades is
one of the core objectives of our company,? said Romy Mortensen, vice president of
sales and marketing for Brooks Resources Corporation.
