I moved from Leeds back to my home town of Tunbridge Wells, intending to look for bar management work in
London.
Bar & Grill, in Tunbridge Wells, is a well known and respected company with a great reputation and very high
standards.
It has provided me with an excellent opportunity to hone my skills in a high quality establishment and
position myself for a move to the capital, which is my ambition.
At Bar & Grill I have written a ‘Five Step’ improvement plan to increase efficiency in the bar, which has been
implemented to improve service levels and sales.
I have also taken on a training role working at a very high end of service.
I run weekly bar meetings focused
on training.
As part of team training I have put together a spirit knowledge manual to educate the staff in the
