The City of Huntington Beach
has launched “Surf City
Savings,” a six-month pilot
program designed to encourage
consumers from Huntington
Beach—and beyond—to take
advantage of the products and
services local merchants have
to offer.
The program is a partnership between the City, local
merchants and members of the community, and businesses
at Five Points Plaza, Bella Terra and Old World Village.
Merchants displaying the Surf City Savings logo will offer
money-saving incentives and discounts to customers in
an effort to encourage shopping in Huntington Beach.
The
City and its partners have made it easy for the public to find
participating merchants by visiting www.
surfcitysavings.
com
or by looking for the logo sticker when shopping at any of the
three locations.
The program was conceived by Council Member Joe Carchio
in an effort to help local businesses during a challenging
