has successfully managed its launch into the UK and gained new flexibility in how
it handles customers.
Head of technology Julian Lamb and call centre manager Daniel Silvestro began
searching for a new contact centre solution late last year to support the launch of
the brand into pharmacies throughout the UK.
Lamb says the customer contact centre is a vital element in the Tony Ferguson
philosophy to provide 24 by 7 telephone support and encouragement to customers
anywhere in the world.
