interesting and useful idea to publish a legal review
for the purpose of providing accurate, user-friendly and up-to-date legal information free of charge
to people, companies and authorities.
Our aim is to offer contents that, apart from
being interesting, will be useful to readers. However, Law and News is not intended to replace the
required legal advice for the problems and cases
dealt with, because each case has its own features
and needs personalised advice.
The review is divided into four very different
sections: the editorial, specialised fields, case study
and news. In the editorial, we will try to provide
our legal opinion from a technical standpoint on
current issues and analyse situations and facts from
a specialised angle, endeavouring to offer opinions
and explanations, from our point of view, that our
