JAX Quickfit Tyres Wins Multiple Awards for Customer Service
JAXQuickfit Tyres service is quite literally, award-winning.

success at the Penrith (NSW), Salamander Bay (NSW) and Ipswich West (Brisbane)
stores.
Bella Vista, NSW July 08, 2009 -- JAXQuickfit Tyres service is, quite literally,
award-winning.
Its Castle Hill (Sydney) outlet is the latest store to win an Award
for its customer service, joining similar success at the Penrith (NSW), Salamander
Bay (NSW) and Ipswich West (Brisbane) stores.
"Awards such as these are an important indicator of the health of JAXQuickfit Tyres
as a business system, the tremendous performance of the individual stores involved
and the key role these stores play in their local communities," JAXQuickfit Tyres
CEO Jeff Board said.
"Positive customer interaction, delivering service and assistance above
expectations and realistic pricing, are all cornerstones of every JAXQuickfit Tyres
store nationally, but they are characteristics that resonate at a very local level.
"We appreciate the recognition and good will that these Awards represent.
"
Named Most Outstanding Automotive Business in the 2009 Local Business Awards
presented by the Hills News, JAXQuickfit Tyres Castle Hill was also a finalist in
the Awards a year earlier and won it in both 1995 and 2004.
Joint franchisees Daniel Dalton and Robert Baggiossi attributed their consistent
success to the JAXQuickfit Tyres offer of best brands at the best prices and an
emphasis on customer service.
It s a similar story at JAXQuickfit Penrith, where the business was has just won an
Award for Outstanding Automotive Services in the 2009 Local Business Awards
presented by the Penrith Star newspaper.
"We were mystery shopped and our customers also voted for us in the Awards, so it s
a very satisfying Award to win," Franchisee John Hrabak explained.
"It s the first Award of that type we ve won, though we have been finalists in the
MTA (Motor Traders Association) NSW Awards three years running.
"
Up the coast at Salamander Bay, Jason Holland and his team are celebrating a win in
the Port Stephens Examiner Small Business Awards.
Originally from Brisbane, the JAXQuickfit Tyres Salamander Bay store Franchisee is
now a convert to the region and says the recent recognition for his business is a
real pat on the back.
"I really love the customer service aspect of our business," Jason Holland said.
"With the products and services we can offer through the power of JAXQuickfit, we
can solve a lot of problems for people, this truly is a one-stop shop when it comes
to buying wheels and tyres in Port Stephens".
"Receiving the Award is reward for all the hard work put in by everyone in the
business.
"
Further north again, the Ipswich West store has also won a local Award for business
excellence.
