Coral Springs, FL, July 18, 2009 -- Ramón Arras, a veteran digital media
professional, has been appointed Executive Vice President, MLX Interactive, a key
division of Marketlinkx Direct, one of the nation?s fastest growing full-service
marketing companies.
Mr.
Arras will develop and implement Interactive media
strategies and campaigns for Marketlinkx Direct?s core divisions, its clients and
partners.
Mr.
Arras has over 12 years experience in the design, development and deployment of
interactive marketing campaigns with a focus on various verticals including online
education.
He has worked with some of the world?s top interactive marketing firms
including Kaplan Higher Education, CBS Interactive and BGT Partners.
As Director of
Interactive Marketing for Kaplan Higher Education, Ramón was responsible for the
administration and management of multi-million dollar acquisition budgets,
performance analysis and all aspects of email marketing.
Prior to his tenure at Kaplan University Online, Ramón served as Director,
Interactive Sales Operations at CBS Interactive, where he was responsible for
developing and managing successful strategies and execution for all customer
acquisition initiatives.
Mr.
Arras graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Masters in
Business Administration and also holds a Masters in Data Communication/Distributed
Systems from George Mason University.
He received his undergraduate degree from the
University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
