San Francisco, CA, June 22, 2009 -- The 30th annual Exotic Erotic Ball and Expo,
the internationally acclaimed Celebration of Flesh, Fetish, and Fantasy, has again
evidenced its longstanding commitment to promoting independent music.
It is
offering two prime-time, full-paying gigs exclusively to Indie artists.
To be
considered for the gigs, bands must apply by submitting their EPK (Electronic Press
Kit) through Sonicbids at www.

2009.
All entries will be juried, rated and two winners will be chosen to play
before thousands of masked, costumed, and otherwise elaborately attired fans at the
2009 Exotic Erotic Ball on October 24, 2009, at the Cow Palace in San Francisco.
The 2009 show marks the Ball?s third annual collaboration with Sonicbids.
Perry Mann?s Exotic Erotic Ball has been called ?The World?s #1 Wildest and Sexiest

Founder Perry Mann has officially proclaimed that the 2009 Exotic Erotic Ball and
Expo ? the 30th Anniversary show, or ?XXX Anniversary? - will be the largest,
sexiest, and most talked-about party ever.

Previous Indie bands who won gigs at the Ball included Black Betty and the Bad
Habits from Boston, and the Los Angeles-based Doxy and Lady Fox.
They performed on
the same bill with Snoop Dogg, Peaches, Donald Glaude, the Spyderz, Tone Loc, the
Gentitorturers, and others.
Black Betty?s lead vocalist, Jenny Langer, called the
experience, ?A true highlight for us that we?ll always remember.
That?s one fun and
crazy crowd!?
?The Ball is very visible,? adds Mann.
?And many bands with sexy lead singers and
provocative lyrics feel they fit the show.
Many of them do.
The problem for us is
we receive hundreds of DVD s, CD s, emails, and links.
We don?t have the time or
manpower to sift through them.
But, I am a songwriter myself, and I have a real
commitment to Indie music.
