Spring 2007 The LIU 12 Migrant Education and ESL Programs Homing Pigeon The State Parent Advisory Council of the Migrant Education Program met on March 3031, 2007 at the Chester Springs Inn, Chester, PA. Representatives from the whole state met to learn more about how migrant parents can be more involved in their children’s education.
