A while ago, Sandling Honey’s salvage warehouse was decimated by sandworms, the like of which hadn’t been seen in the Wastelands for years. Around the same time, a nomad called Ankh appeared, full of cryptic chemical promises of how he and his brethren could rid us of this incursion, yet far from forthcoming about the methods he intended to employ – let alone how he knew the worms were here in the first place. As mentioned above, the Wastelands isn’t kind to those who trust easily; many of those who spoke with the nomad smelled a rat, and there was a fair handful of us gathered listening to his spiel. In the absence of other options, we took him up on his offer to paralyze a worm - if we could attract one.
