WOW! The 2009 Derby City Dancesport Championships belong to the ages. I know that everyone is exhausted and relieved. For me, it has been an exciting journey and a privilege to work alongside everyone to bring this competition to the dance community. Over the next few days I am sure we will all look back on this time together and cherish our memories. There were so many special moments throughout the event, too numerous to mention, that I will always remember. I want everyone to know that many people expressed their gratefulness and appreciation to share this time we all made possible. I hope everyone has become involved in this wonderful event, whether it is as simple as inviting your friends or actively being involved in the process. This is our chapter’s chance to share with the entire dance community and therefore your chance to support the many people who have given of themselves on our behalf.
