Appendix B – Constitution Changes Motion 1: That Art. 1 NAME be amended. Proposed Text: The name of the organisation shall be AIESEC Singapore. Original Text: The name of the organisation shall be Association Intemationale Des Etudiants En Sciences Economiques Et Commerciales (AIESEC) Singapore, otherwise known as the International Association of Students in Economics and Management, herein referred to as AIESEC Singapore. Reason for Proposal: Amended in accordance to the AIESEC International Compendium. Motion: That Motion 1 be passed. Proposer: Seconder: Votes ‘FOR’: Votes ‘AGAINST’: Votes ‘ABSTAIN’: A 2/3 majority was achieved in favour of the above motion and it was thus passed.
