That includes the specialty thermometers and thermostats for commercial pizza ovens. There are thousands of restaurant pizza ovens that use such equipment to regulate the temperature. With the implementation of the new law, restaurant operators with ovens needing repair are having trouble getting the original equipment manufacturers (an OEM) such as Blodgett, Montague, Imperial, Vulcan Hart, Garland, Southbend, and Bakers Pride to make needed repairs. In addition to her new manager position, she is the acting office manager anytime the office manager or Chief Financial Officer is not present or unavailable.
