This obligation is particularly important with regard to the possession, consumption ant trafficking of narcotics. exist countries where the laws are some more rigid or flexible that other with respect to drug trafficking; it depending of the affectation each country for the drugs consumption and the social problems that occur, but the reason more important is the conception of it crime in each country, such as in Colombia or Turkey the punish is 20 year maximum and a high fine, and Iraq, Iran, Cuba, China and Egypt the penalty can be until the death penalty.
