Welcome to the 2nd annual publiction for the Hart Culture 2012 - 2013 Courses in Basic Arts Education. Hart Culture is rooting out a way for knowledge cultivation in a way never initiated before in the UK. The HC is constinuously working within contractual partnerships and strategic relationships to improve Educational Value and Peer-to-peer learning models. We currently support innovative growth solutions such as Social Clubs and open-air learning. Most importantly, we are driven to engage non-traditional audiences in Arts & Cultural Engagement. In the Cultural calendar of the Chinese, we are in the year of the 'Dragon'. According to the Asian Chinese tradition Dragons tend to be popular individuals who are always full of life and enthusiasm, with a reputation for being fun-loving.
