Competition Gameplan STANDING -Shake hands, jump back, get loose and get Froggy. Shorten the sleeves. Stance is low, loose, and on your toes; staggered with left in front. Gripping -things to remember: always off balancing and trying to mess them up, constantly trying to foot sweep or trip them Reaching with my left hand and grabbing the lapel on the same side, snap them down and around.
