Sales continued to climb for jewelry wholesale over this past weekend, with 64 percent of retailers reporting that sales were either "very good" or "good," up from 53 percent last weekend, according to National Jeweler s Exclusive Holiday Season Weekly Survey. A total of 38 percent of survey-takers said their fashion jewelry sales were "good," up from 30 percent last weekend. In addition, the number of respondents who reported flat sales fell from 26 percent last weekend to 17 percent this weekend, while those who reported sales were "very poor" also declined, from 13 percent to 10 percent weekend-over-weekend.
