O. Box 1, Kyambogo Uganda, *e-mail:paschalsoita@yahoo. com Abstract Many service providers have emerged on the Ugandan market offering health and fitness services, this study therefore sought club customers’ perception about service delivery in the sector. With a modified 26-item SERVQUAL questionnaire, data was collected from a random sample of 486 customers and 116 interviewees covering 58 purposively selected health-and-fitness centres countrywide. Customers to gymnasia, aerobics clubs and aqua-based activities where vulnerability is high were considered. Major findings are that gaps exist in service delivery (Overall service perception µ= -1. 73) and that the current management model in most clubs falls far short of internatio

The nonlinear terms can be handled by the use of homotopy perturbation method. The proposed homotopy perturbation method is applied to the reformulated first and second order initial value

Because of its crucial role in facilitating performance and effectiveness, OCB has been investigated from various perspectives. However, very little attention has been paid to how motivation factors and hygiene factors influence an individual’s OCB. In this article, we develop a theore

Nigeria +2348051804195. oboscos@yahoo. com Abstract Six male subjects volunteered for a study into the effects of automobile seat backrest angle (1100 and 1200 ) and lumbar prominence (0 mm and 50mm). There were 2 x 2 possible factor-level combinations in this experimental design. Each subject participated in each experimental session twice. The sessions lasted for 1-hr. The root mean square (RMS) variation of the EMG was used to assess the stress imposed on the low back musculature. The dependent variable was the change in RMS (RMS) over time. By definition, the RMS value becomes more positive as low back muscle ac

The considered system consists of three units namely A, B and C connected in series. Unit A consists of a main unit a1 and an active redundant unit a2, unit B consists of a main unit b1 and a cold redundant unit b2 and unit C consists of two units’ c1 and c2 connected in parallel configuration. Considered system can completely fail due to failure of any of the subsystems. It is also assumed that the system can fail due to catastrop
