Foschi, who said the firm was suing Captain Schettino and would not pay his legal fees! It is clear that Captain Schettino made a bad error and none of us wishes to end up in a situation like this. But isn’t it possible that Captain Schettino might also be a victim of COSTA’s “salut” marketing strategy? So many open points and questions!
